Kartek -Nylon Black, Four Layer Suspension Limiting Strap with 4130 Heat Treated Chromoly Ends:

Limiting strap length is measured from center of bolt hole to center of bolt hole. The bolt holes are 9/16″ in diameter. The strap’s webbing material is rated between 14,000 to 15,000 pounds. The 4130 chromoly ends are rated to 15,000 pounds.

Limiting straps are ideal for any off road application since they are vital in preventing damage to your suspension and drive train components. Without limiting straps, your shocks act as stops at maximum droop which can cause damage from your vehicle’s unsprung weight. Limiting straps also prevent damage to your CV’s by limiting the amount of maximum angle on your axles. The limit straps we carry are four-ply so only 1″ of stretch is allowed for every 12″ of strap.
